BAS & HVAC Controls Lead

📋 Description

• Lead installation of BAS and low-voltage control systems.
• Install and terminate BAS panels, controllers, sensors, and devices.
• Read blueprints and control drawings; support startup.
• Coordinate with electricians and HVAC teams on site; supervise crews.
• Manage field installation schedules and project documentation.
• Assist with BAS startup, checkout, and commissioning activities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years BAS, controls, low-voltage, or electrical installation experience.
• Experience leading field installation crews in commercial or industrial settings.
• Strong BAS installation and control wiring skills.
• Ability to read mechanical, electrical, and controls drawings; HVAC sequences familiarity.
• Conduit bending/installation experience; startup/commissioning knowledge preferred.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred; valid driver’s license.
