• Conduct customer calls to diagnose Airtable architecture issues.
• Assess data modeling, linked records, automation, and interface design.
• Restructure and rebuild bases to scale and improve performance.
• Frame recommendations around business impact and outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to expand automation, interfaces, and AI capabilities.
• Stay current on platform evolution, AI, automation, and integration patterns.

🎯 Requirements

• Builder with an optimization mindset.
• Experience in consultative, customer-facing B2B SaaS roles.
• Uses AI to accelerate research and prototyping.
• Clear communicator for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Curious about how people build and why they choose.
• Experience with relational databases, automation, and workflow design; APIs/webhooks/scripting a plus.
