Batch & Furnace Manager

📋 Description

• Lead furnace and batch house ops including environmental controls and maintenance.
• Manage department labor, equipment, maintenance and budgets.
• Partner with Production and Quality to improve quality and efficiency in glass production.
• Supervise salary and hourly personnel in batch and furnace operations.
• Manage incoming raw materials and glass formulas.

🎯 Requirements

• Glass furnace operations and large-scale glass melting experience required.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong interpersonal skills at all levels.
• Bachelor's Degree in Ceramic, Chemical, Materials Science or related Engineering field preferred.
• HS Diploma or GED is required.
