Responsible for the 24/7 technical oversight of a complex Global Cyber Operations Center supporting
Maintain awareness of all outages affecting managed assets, tracking customer impact, and
Make sound decisions about cyber operations, service delivery and incident response; facilitate
Ensure situational understanding is obtained to ensure proper prioritization of IT incidents
Monitor, approve, and manage Authorized Service Interruptions (ASI) for the CONUS Network
Ensure accurate reporting to GCC senior leaders and higher headquarters

🎯 Requirements

Active in-scope Secret Clearance
HS +1 years' experience or AA/AS +4, including 1+ years' experience in military operations (e.g.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent people and phone skills
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Experience with Microsoft Office products
