📋 Description

• 24/7 oversight of a Global Cyber Operations Center for Army theaters.
• Monitor outages; track impact and resolution.
• Make decisions on cyber ops, service delivery, and incident response.
• Prioritize IT incidents and allocate resources accordingly.
• Monitor and manage Authorized Service Interruptions (ASI) for CONUS network.
• Ensure prompt incident response and SLA conformance; report to GCC leaders.

🎯 Requirements

• Active in-scope Secret Clearance
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent people and phone skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Experience with Microsoft Office products
• Willing to work flexible schedule (rotating shift work)
