Baylor Registered Nurse- Home Health

📋 Description

• Provide home health visits for MUSC Health at Home by BAYADA in Charleston, SC.
• Serve patients across Charleston, Berkeley and Dorchester Counties.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team delivering at-home rehab and skilled nursing.
• Follow designated patient care plans; perform medications, wound care and treatments.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the Clinical/Client Services Manager.
• Document care and interventions using an EMR on a tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• Current SC RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
