Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for adults
Care for clients with tracheostomies and ventilators
Weekend Baylor program shifts: 16 hours every other weekend
Shifts eligible: 11:00 PM Fri to 7:00 AM Mon
Trach/ventilator training available for clinicians
Support from a clinical team and ongoing education

🎯 Requirements

LPN license in good standing
Willingness to perform home health visits
Ability to work weekends every other week
Football? (No) - ensure accuracy
Strong patient-care and communication skills
Electronic charting experience preferred
