BDC Sales Lead

📋 Description

• Oversee daily performance, execution, and operational consistency across the Sales BDC division.
• Lead, coach, and support Sales Team Coordinators through structured weekly one-on-ones and ongoing
• Review coaching activity and ensure consistent leadership development across Sales pods.
• Monitor appointment-setting results, verified dealership show performance, speed-to-lead, call
• Maintain strong CRM accountability by monitoring activity, overdue tasks, unassigned leads, and
• Identify performance gaps and partner with Team Coordinators to address BDR performance concerns

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in an automotive BDC or dealership environment is required.
• Relevant backgrounds may include BDC Manager, BDC Team Lead, Automotive Sales BDC Leader, Internet
• Strong understanding of automotive Sales BDC operations, including lead follow-up, appointment
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and/or frontline supervisors, with a strong interest in
• Strong knowledge of dealership CRM processes and experience with platforms such as Elead or
• Ability to use KPIs and performance data to identify trends, guide coaching, and improve team
