Beauty & Cosmetics Category Manager - KSA

📋 Description

• Manage and scale strategic Beauty and Cosmetics brand partners and distributors in Saudi Arabia.
• Identify, engage, and onboard high-potential beauty brands and sellers aligned with marketplace
• Own account performance and identify key levers to drive GMV growth, assortment expansion, and
• Build strong, long-term relationships with key beauty brand principals and lead high-level
• Identify assortment and trending product gaps using beauty market trends and competitor insights.
• Develop and execute joint business plans (JBPs) and co-marketing campaigns with key beauty partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong commercial experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, Fragrance, and/or E-Commerce, ideally within the
• Proven track record in key account management, brand partnerships, or commercial category
• Experience managing top-tier beauty brands, regional distributors, and handling complex commercial
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and multi-stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial mindset with strong data-driven decision-making, project management, and multitasking
• In-depth understanding of the Saudi beauty retail ecosystem and local consumer buying habits.
