🎯 Requirements

• MBO level of thinking/working
• At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably with leadership responsibilities
• Experience in leading and coaching colleagues and handling conversations about performance and
• Fluent Dutch (written and spoken) and basic English skills
• Flexibility, goal-oriented, social, and thrives in a dynamic environment
