📋 Description

• Daily responsibility for running the store, ensuring a top customer experience
• Conduct a short team meeting each day and coordinate responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve top performance
• Provide guidance and support to continuously improve team performance
• Act as the face of JYSK for customers, advising and creating a great shopping experience
• Ensure the team is up-to-date with the latest tools and technologies, and contribute to innovative

🎯 Requirements

• MBO werk/denkniveau
• Minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring in de retail, bij voorkeur met leidinggeven
• Ervaring met leidinggeven, o.a. coaching en gesprekken over verzuim en performance
• Vloeiend Nederlands en enige kennis van de Engelse taal
• Flexibiliteit
• Resultaatgericht, sociaal en houdt van dynamische omgeving
