Oversee warehouse operations incl. deliveries, inventory, equipment, and systems.
Drive KPI improvements: order picking time and dwell time.
Ensure budgeted productivity, labor, and expenses are achieved.
Compliance with gopuff policies, procedures, and regulations.
Develop action plans to improve performance and guide leadership.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years of management with fast-paced env and W2/1099 teams.
Experience in retail, warehouse, logistics, or restaurant.
Beer/liquor store experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree, preferable.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Conflict resolution and team development skills.
