Behavior Analyst (BCBA or Licensed Clinician) / No Billables, M–F Schedule

📋 Description

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs), observations, and clinical evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).
• Review behavioral data, track progress, and adjust interventions as needed.
• Train and coach direct support professionals on behavior plans, positive behavior supports, data
• Provide direct clinical support when individuals experience increased behavioral challenges.
• Partner with Program Directors and interdisciplinary teams to address behavioral concerns and

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with BACB, OR Licensed
• Completion of at least 12 units of ABA coursework required (for Licensing Track).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience designing and implementing behavior intervention services (for
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with individuals, staff, and interdisciplinary
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
