Behavior Clinician I - Habilitative Skill Building Program

📋 Description

• Apply ABA principles to implement positive behavior supports and aid skill development.
• Plan and attend community social events for program participants.
• Provide coaching and support to direct care staff and operations team.
• Work directly with in-home staff to support individuals during behavioral crises.
• Maintain documentation, write reports and case notes using Therap, Excel, and OneDrive.
• Communicate and coordinate with outside providers and clients' families.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of ABA experience as a behavior technician or paraprofessional.
• Experience implementing positive behavior supports for individuals with I/DD.
• Valid driver's license; must be able to use personal vehicle.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and OneDrive.
• Strong critical thinking and communication; able to work independently to problem-solve.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
