Behavior Clinician I - Habilitative Skill Building Program

📋 Description

• Use principles of ABA and implement positive behavior supports to help individuals meet their goals
• Plan and attend social events out in the community for individuals in the program
• Provide coaching and support to direct care staff and members of the operations team
• Work directly with in home staff to provide support to individuals in behavioral crises
• Maintain accurate documentation, write reports and case notes using Therap, Microsoft Excel, and
• Complete progress reports on monthly basis

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience providing ABA in a role such as behavior technician
• Experience with implementing positive behavior supports for individuals with I/DD
• Valid driver's license with ability to use personal vehicle on the job
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and OneDrive
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to work independently to problem-solve effectively
