Behavior Clinician II

📋 Description

• Manage caseload for treatment implementation.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop PBSPs.
• Provide clinical guidance to Direct Support Professionals and Program Managers.
• Conduct frequent program visits to interact with individuals and staff.
• Complete progress reports, documentation, and data collection.
• Review data to ensure care meets the individual's current needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in psychology, behavior analysis, or related field; or near graduation.
• 2+ years of professional experience with individuals with IDD.
• Experience designing and implementing support plans for IDD, autism, or challenging behaviors.
• Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred.
