Provide clinical guidance to Direct Support Professionals and Program Managers
Conduct frequent program visits to interact with supported individuals and staff
Complete progress reports, documentation and data collection, updating plans as necessary
Review data to ensure care meets individual's current needs

Must have a master's degree in psychology, behavior analysis, mental health, special education
2+ years of professional experience with individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities
Relevant experience in designing and implementing support plans for individuals with developmental
Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred

Starting pay: $30/hour
Full range scale (increases to starting rate based on length of employment at Dungarvin)
