Behavior Clinician II Adapted Dialectical Behavior Therapy Program

📋 Description

• Manage caseload of individuals for treatment implementation, using DBT therapy
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop Positive Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
• Provide clinical guidance to Direct Support Professionals and Program Supervisors
• Conduct program visits to interact with staff and support individuals
• Foster positive rapport with individuals, parents, and guardians
• Review data to ensure care meets individual's current needs

🎯 Requirements

• Must have a master's degree in psychology, behavior analysis, mental health, special education
• 2+ years of professional experience with individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities
• Relevant experience in designing and implementing support plans for individuals with developmental
• Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred

🎁 Benefits

• Starting pay: $30/hour
• Full range scale (increases to starting rate based on length of employment): $30-33.45/hour
