🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• AA/BA degree or 2 years college preferred.
• High behavioral and academic expectations for all students.
• Excellent knowledge of child development and educational practices.
• Experience with students and classroom management.
• Flexible schedule and commitment to underserved communities.
