📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism.
• Implement evidence-based ABA strategies to support goals.
• Collaborate with families and therapists to build meaningful progress.
• Document session data to track treatment outcomes.
• Follow Cortica's crisis protocols and safety procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with children; autism experience a plus.
• High School diploma or higher (Bachelor’s or Master preferred).
• Willing to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days.
• Able to travel 30–40 minutes between client sites.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
