📋 Description

• RBT Academy to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• School-based role in Oahu with local school districts
• Work directly with students in classrooms following service plans
• Collaborate with teachers and school teams to support goals
• Document interventions and progress; collect behavior data as specified
• Provide training and support to help students build skills and independence

🎯 Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old
• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree OR 48 college credits with Math 100 and English 100 OR a High
• No experience required; complete RBT Academy and pass RBT exam
• Ability to work in a school-based setting and follow behavior plans
