Assist with daily living tasks: mobility, transfers, dressing, bathing, hygiene.
Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
Build relationships with persons served and teammates.
Transport persons served to appointments or activities outside the home.

🎯 Requirements

Excitement for working with adults with disabilities
Must be at least 18 years old
Strong communication to document care and follow support plans
Valid Driver's License; comfortable driving company vehicles
Some roles may require own vehicle and auto-liability insurance
Background clearance required during onboarding
