📋 Description

• Assist in a residential group home by assisting people with disabilities achieve a variety of
• Assist with personal cares and provide normalization/community integration
• Offer support, guidance, and assistance to individuals with mental illness and interfering behaviors
• Empower individuals to live independently with dignity and respect
• Provide support and mentorship with daily activities ensuring health and safety; help with meals
• Provide hands-on mentoring to those served to help them become more independent

🎯 Requirements

• Excitement for working with adults with disabilities
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Good reading, writing, and communication skills
• Valid driver's license (due to transporting persons served)
• Successful background clearance required
