📋 Description

• Assist in a residential group home by assisting people with disabilities achieve a variety of
• Assist with personal cares and provide normalization/community integration
• Provide support and mentorship with daily activities to ensure health and safety
• Help with meals, cleaning, housekeeping, laundry duties and facilitating fun activities
• Provide hands-on mentoring to help individuals become more independent
• Provide positive direction to encourage individuals to achieve personal goals

🎯 Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Excitement for working with adults with disabilities
• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Good communication skills
• Successful background clearance
• Must be at least 18 years old
