Behavioral Health Care Manager

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive and structured assessments of the mental health, behavioral health, and
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments, using evidence-based modular
• Deliver evidence-based behavioral health interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy
• Provide virtual mental health care through video consultations, telephone sessions, and
• Continuously assess patient progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and adjust therapeutic
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date patient registry in accordance with Collaborative Care Model

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted professional license authorizing the provision of mental health treatment in
• Relevant clinical education and training in behavioral health, mental health counseling
• Ability to provide compassionate and effective behavioral health care to patients with diverse
• Experience delivering mental health services in a virtual or telehealth environment, or
• Previous experience supporting patients with cancer, oncology-related concerns, or chronic and
• Experience working with individuals experiencing suicidal ideation, trauma, or other complex
