Behavioral Health Specialist

📋 Description

• Conduct behavioral health assessments to determine participants' behavioral health care needs
• Actively participate in IDT meetings to develop discipline-specific goals and interventions for
• Deliver and document behavioral health interventions as agreed upon in participants' care plans
• Facilitate individual and group therapies such as art and music therapy, psychosocial drama
• Provide training on behavioral health symptoms and interventions to WelbeHealth staff

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in behavioral health or doctorate degree in psychology required
• Licensed by state Board of Behavioral Sciences as an LCSW or licensed by the state Board of
• Minimum of five (5) years of behavioral health experience conducting therapy, completing behavioral
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience with frail or elderly populations
