📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children.
• Collaborate with BCBA supervisors to design care plans.
• Follow crisis protocols including de-escalation and mandated reporting.
• Travel between client sites within a 30–40 minute radius.
• Document session data to track and support treatment goals.
• Apply evidence-based practices to help families.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with children; autism a plus.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days.
• High school diploma or higher; degree preferred.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and MS Office.
• Must be able to travel between client sites.
• Reliable transportation.
