📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 and group ABA services to children.
• Use evidence-based ABA to help children progress.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support progress.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.
• Document session data to track treatment goals.
• Follow crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with children; autism a plus.
• Willing to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days.
• High school or equivalent; bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and MS Office.
• Travel 30–40 minutes between client sites.
• Follow Cortica crisis protocols and reporting requirements.
