📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other
• Help design and deliver life-changing care in a team-centered, strength-based ABA therapy model.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments across home, school, and
• Follow Cortica’s crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting.
• Utilize a transdisciplinary approach with external specialists to support the whole child.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with children (experience with autism is a plus!).
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days of start date (training provided).
• High School or equivalent; bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred; degree requirements may apply.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to consistently travel between client sites within a 30–40-minute radius using reliable
• Strong collaboration with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
