Behavioral Safety Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the planning and execution of safety-critical initiatives across the autonomous vehicle
• Establish and maintain end-to-end traceability between hazards, safety requirements, system
• Coordinate cross-functional safety activities, including hazard analyses, safety assessments
• Drive integrated verification and validation planning across simulation, test environments
• Manage program risks, technical dependencies, and change impacts across systems, software
• Monitor safety and program performance metrics, proactively identifying issues that could affect

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading programs involving autonomous systems, Advanced Driver Assistance
• Practical experience applying ISO 21448 (SOTIF) across the safety lifecycle, including hazard
• Working knowledge of ISO 26262; familiarity with additional standards such as IEC 61508, UL 4600
• Familiarity with key safety lifecycle artifacts, including Item Definitions, HARA, HIRE
• Ability to connect engineering execution with safety assurance requirements, balancing technical
• Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills, with the ability to align
