📋 Description

• Facilitate client kickoff calls
• Independently execute benchmarking projects
• Manage complex pricing projects for client satisfaction
• Assign projects to Benchmarking Specialist I with oversight
• Perform admin tasks: create pay markets, maintain job trackers
• Lead client communications and conduct match reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary education helpful but not required
• Customer service, problem solving, troubleshooting
• Research and data analysis skills
• Ability to juggle multiple projects
• Strong project management; relational databases a plus
• Salesforce experience is a plus
