• Update CRM and internal systems
• Map workflows and drive automation with product/engineering
• Support scheme renewals with employers and providers
• Coordinate policy events across teams and providers

• 5+ years in operations, insurance, funds, or benefits admin
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking
• Clear written communication with stakeholders
• Comfort in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Bias for action; drive to completion
• Customer-first mindset
