Benefit Services Senior Leader - Group Fulfillment

📋 Description

• Lead 3–5 managers and ~40 specialists; set cadence (1:1s, forums, reviews)
• Coach leaders to drive change and align teams without relitigating decisions
• Set and own Group Fulfillment objectives, policies, and headcount/capacity planning
• Deliver timely, accurate, and complete benefits fulfillment; translate signals into action
• Define AI vision and automation roadmap; reduce admin overhead
• Develop leaders and high-potential contributors through structured coaching and sponsorship

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience, including 2+ years leading other leaders
• Proven ability to set operational strategy, own a budget, and drive business impact
• Experience leading large-scale org change and process redesign
• Data-driven, decisive decision-maker who communicates changes clearly
• Operational rigor with dashboards and SLAs in regulated benefits environments
• AI fluency at leader level; coach others and integrate AI into workflows
