Benefits Consultant - West Region

📋 Description

• Responsible for ongoing customer strategy, service, and retention for Bennie clients.
• Manage relationships with insurance carriers and general agent partners.
• Place and optimize customer benefit programs in partnership with internal teams.
• Collaborate to ensure customer success and long-term partnerships.
• Lead account management initiatives for assigned customers.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve consulting delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years in benefits consulting with complex client accounts.
• Deep knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA and funding mechanisms.
• Life & Health Producer’s License.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with today’s HR/Benefits technology platforms is a plus.
