📋 Description

• Lead analysis of medical and pharmacy utilization, unit costs, claims trends, and key expense
• Provide in-person and virtual consultation to clients on employee benefits strategies, including
• Develop claim projections, trend analyses, forecasts, and comparisons of alternative funding
• Review and prepare annual benefit plan renewals, collaborating with insurance carrier underwriting
• Build and enhance financial models, spreadsheets, and analytical tools that support benefit-plan
• Develop models to improve the accuracy and consistency of IBNR reserve projections and reduce

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, actuarial science, or a related
• Experience demonstrating exceptional analytical ability through professional work, coursework, or
• Progress toward an ASA designation is preferred, with successful completion of at least one
• Strong ability to build productive relationships with colleagues, decision-makers, clients
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial and analytical
• Highly self-directed, energetic, motivated, and dependable, with strong ownership, follow-through

• Base salary range of $112,200–$209,100, depending on experience.
