Benefits Manager, International

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary benefits lead for an assigned international region, partnering with HR and business leaders.
• Collaborate with the Director of Global Benefits to develop and execute the international strategy.
• Lead annual renewals with brokers to evaluate trends, benchmark offerings, and negotiate plan design.
• Lead end-to-end implementations of benefits programs for new countries and vendor transitions.
• Build scalable benefits operations and SOPs to support global growth and employee experience.
• Drive compliance, governance, and continuous improvement across programs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience managing employee benefits programs.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits, insurance markets, and broker negotiations.
• Experience leading benefit implementations, annual renewals, and vendor relationships.
• Demonstrated project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentations and employee communications.
