Benefits Program Manager, EMEA

📋 Description

• Manage the full lifecycle of our benefits programs, including market research, benchmarking, plan
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes, and recommend new or updated programs that align
• Act as a subject matter expert and develop clear communication plans that help Stripes understand
• Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits vendors, brokers, and third-party administrators.
• Identify and evaluate potential vendors, and manage the request for proposal process in partnership
• Assess vendor performance and manage contracts in partnership with Legal, ensuring that vendors

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in a benefits role with similar responsibilities.
• Experience managing and improving employee benefits programs using data, Stripe feedback, and
• Strong knowledge of government regulations related to employee benefits and time off.
• Experience managing pension and time-off plans.
• Experience using benefits administration platforms, such as Workday.
• Experience influencing stakeholders and negotiating contracts with benefits vendors.
