• Communicates insurance benefits for patients with accuracy and clarity in trial requirements and
• Assists patients and care partners in understanding insurance coverage, eligibility, and financial
• Collects Waivers and communicates financial assistance outcomes
• Follows up with patients, caregivers, and SLPs to confirm understanding and address questions
• Identifies and addresses customer needs with timely solutions
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve processes and customer experience

• General knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance
• Ability to deliver a superior customer experience
• Effective communication via email, phone, and text
• Professional demeanor when assisting customers
• Ability to identify needs and provide timely information
