Manage relationships with US/Canada vendors and oversee annual benefits plan communications.
Collaborate with People & Culture, Payroll, and Finance on health, dental, vision, RRSP/401(k)
Drive budgeting, cost reviews, and value assessment for benefits and wellness initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in benefits or HR (Benefits Specialist, HR Generalist, or Business Partner).
2+ years of people leadership experience.
Strong hands-on experience managing US employee benefits.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong conflict resolution and project management skills.
