📋 Description

• Analyze data to identify trends and key drivers.
• Define reporting requirements, KPIs, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for decision making.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze data.
• Support ETL and collaborate with data engineering to improve pipelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, CS, IS, or related field, or equivalent.
• Strong SQL and data analysis experience.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud platforms.
• Experience supporting ETL and data pipelines.
• Healthcare/RCM data exp. and Power BI dashboards preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
