BI Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Take business problems and independently structure them into well-defined analytical tasks
• Own KPI monitoring and reporting for embedded stakeholder teams, ensuring data accuracy to build
• Root cause and explain in detail data discrepancies, finding solutions to stakeholder problems
• Build Looker dashboards and Hex notebooks to support deep-dive analysis and stakeholder self-serve
• Write production-quality SQL and Python, following team coding standards and passing peer review.
• Communicate insights and recommendations clearly — constructing narratives that drive action

🎯 Requirements

• Production-quality SQL and Python
• Experience with Looker and Hex
• Strong data storytelling and communication skills
• Familiarity with AI tools and LLM-assisted workflows
• Ability to independently structure analytical projects
• Experience with KPI monitoring and root-cause analysis
