📋 Description

• Lead BI strategy, roadmap, and implementation for business growth.
• Build and optimize BI systems: modeling, data integration, dashboards.
• Establish data quality standards and compliant reporting.
• Track BI tech trends; enable data-driven decision making.
• Lead and develop BI team; set OKRs and training plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver BI projects.
• Provide data-driven insights on growth, risk, and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years BI experience; 3+ years leading BI teams; fintech crypto preferred.
• Proficient in Tableau/Power BI/Looker; data modeling and visualization.
• Strong data warehouse, ETL, data quality; lead BI builds.
• Knowledge of FATF, MiCA; regulatory BI for compliance.
• SQL proficient; Python/R preferred; complex analyses.
• Leadership: build and coach BI team; cross-department.
• English and Chinese communication; stakeholder alignment.
• Bachelor's degree; CBIP preferred.
