Bid Analyst I (Hybrid)

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end bid responses from intake to submission.
• Review solicitations and ensure complete, compliant submissions.
• Build pricing by cross-referencing product data and contracts.
• Resolve discrepancies and compliance gaps early.
• Partner with sales, contracts, legal, and operations on bid strategy.
• Track multiple bids and deadlines without sacrificing accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years in bid/proposal coordination or related
• Review/interpret solicitation documents and language
• Develop or validate customer pricing
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office
• Able to work hybrid from Carson, CA regularly
• Familiar with government procurement processes (preferred)
• Experience with bid management platform or CLM (preferred)
• Coordinated with sales, legal, or operations (preferred)
