Bid Manager

📋 Description

• Manage bid process from RFx receipt to submission.
• Write proposals and related documentation for MSP, SOW, and workforce solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales/Solutions/Operations to develop win themes and strategies.
• Create client-facing presentations and materials showcasing AGS value.
• Champion customer needs throughout proposal and bid activities.
• Collaborate across teams to build differentiated client solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-7 years of proposal writing experience
• 3-5 years managing and developing direct reports
• Ability to work under pressure to demanding deadlines
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to coordinate input from stakeholders at all levels
• Strong organizational and communication skills
