Bid Manager

📋 Description

• Project manage the bid process from RFx to submission, ensuring quality.
• Write proposals and docs supporting AGS MSP, SOW, and workforce solutions.
• Partner with Sales, Solutions, and Operations to develop win themes and strategies.
• Collaborate with pitch teams to create client-facing materials communicating AGS value.
• Champion customer needs during proposal development and bid activities.
• Ensure client-facing deliverables align with AGS branding and requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-7 years of proposal writing experience
• 3-5 years managing and developing direct reports
• Ability to work under pressure to demanding deadlines
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Advanced user of MS Word and PowerPoint per brand guidelines
