📋 Description

• Manage bid from RFx receipt to submission.
• Write proposals for MSP, SOW, and workforce solutions.
• Develop win themes with Sales, Solutions, and Ops.
• Create client-facing presentations and materials.
• Champion customer needs during proposal development.
• Maintain proposal database and bid activity in Salesforce.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-7 years proposal writing experience
• 3-5 years managing and developing direct reports
• Able to meet demanding deadlines
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Coordinate input from stakeholders at all levels
• Familiar with proposal automation software (Loopio)
