Bid Manager

📋 Description

• Manage the bid process from RFx receipt to submission, ensuring high-quality deliverables aligned with client requirements and AGS strategy.
• Write proposals and related documentation for AGS MSP, Services Procurement (SOW), and workforce solutions.
• Partner with Sales, Solutions, and Operations to develop win themes and pursuit strategies; create client-facing materials.
• Champion customer needs during proposal development sessions, pitches, and the overall bid process.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build differentiated, client-focused solutions; ensure branding and quality standards.
• Facilitate gate reviews and proposal strategy discussions to drive pursuit effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-7 years of proposal writing experience.
• 3-5 years managing and developing direct reports.
• Advanced MS Word and PowerPoint; proficient in Excel.
• Coordinate input from stakeholders at all levels; strong communication.
• Work under pressure to meet deadlines; highly organized with attention to detail.
• Desirable: knowledge of proposal automation software.
