• Lead bid qualification and plan across live tenders
• Surface requirements and risks from tender docs
• Manage full tender lifecycle with cross-functional input
• Write tailored submission content for ANZ health buyers
• Ensure submissions meet ISO 27001/IRAP and Privacy Act
• Run internal reviews and deliver polished submissions on time

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading complex health system tenders across Australia or NZ
• Track record of winning multi-year, seven-figure contracts in ANZ
• Organized enough to run several live bids without missing deadlines
• Passion for AI, hands-on building, prototyping, or side projects
• You default to building over requesting
• You're confident in your thinking and open to being wrong
