Bid Manager (A/NZ)

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end RFx and tender processes across teams.
• Ensure submissions meet brand, governance, and commercial standards.
• Drive bid quality, efficiency, and win rates with best practices.
• Champion AI tools and maintain reusable content libraries.
• Track bid pipelines and provide forecasts and post-bid insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience bid management or tender coordination in B2B, SaaS, or similar.
• 3+ years with complex, multi-stakeholder RFx processes and governance.
• Experience supporting Australian or New Zealand enterprise customers.
• Exposure to pricing, commercial terms, and contract structures.
• 3+ years using content libraries or AI-enabled bid tools.
• Ability to translate technical and commercial detail into clear responses.
