Bid Manager I

📋 Description

• Project managing the bid process from RFx receipt through to submission to ensure a consistently
• Writing proposals and related documentation for AGS MSP, services procurement (SOW) and associated
• Shaping opportunity win themes with sales, solutions, and operations from pre-tender receipt
• Collaborating with the pitch development team to (or, where they are not assigned; to directly)
• Championing specific customer needs during bid development sessions, pitch deck development, and
• Working with key stakeholders to build a compelling, differentiated offer

🎯 Requirements

• 3-7 years of proposal writing experience
• 3-5 years managing and developing direct reports
• Ability to work under pressure to demanding deadlines
• Highly organized working method with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work with, and coordinate input from a wide range of stakeholders at all levels
• Strong organizational and communication skills
